Marketplace Selling Dates

The Marketplace opens for business on Saturday, July 31, 2021, 7am. Merchants may begin selling at that time. The marketplace closes and all sales must cease by Saturday, August 7, 2021, 5pm.

Merchant Selling Hours

Sunrise to 11pm (minimum of 8 hours daily)

During the evening of Midnight Madness (Wednesday, August 4, 2021) shops may be open until 1am, Thursday, August 5, 2021.

Tax License Information

All Armistice merchants must have a Pennsylvania tax license. You must apply for the license directly with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue at

Advertising in the Merchant Booklet

The merchant booklet is used as a shopping guide and quick merchant reference during Armistice. It also provides contact information for all of the merchants. The Armistice merchant booklet is in digital form. It is not a physical keepsake. Attendees will receive a QR code of the booklet when Trolling in through the Main Gate.

Color or black & white ads may be submitted.

All ads are subject to approval by the merchant office. Ads must be camera-ready. A $10.00 setup fee will be charged for ads that have to be corrected or enhanced.
