Storage Trailer Work Weekends 2018
Friday, May 4 to Sunday, May 6, 2018
Friday, June 29 to Sunday, July 1, 2018
Email email@example.com to let us know which weekend you're coming.
We'll need the real name, trailer number (SID), phone number (so we can reach you while you're on site) and how many people will be
here with you. We'd like to encourage no more than four people per trailer.
Camping is permitted. Any people over the four people per trailer will be charged standard camping rates.
If the trailer is able to be towed then we will bring it to the RV camping area.
You can visit your Pennsic site but you are not allowed to work on the site unless:
You receive a confirmation email from James giving the OK.
If you are attending Aethelmearc then you can work on your trailer that weekend. No need to email firstname.lastname@example.org
to work on your trailer during Aethelmearc. You still need to email email@example.com to request permission to work on
your site as stated above.
Storage Trailer Requirements
The trailer must have good tires, working tongue jack and ball hitch at all times.
The axle(s) must be in the middle of the trailer.
The frame must be rated heavy enough to bear the weight of the structure and the load.
Maximum dimensions: no wider than 8 feet (this includes eaves), no longer than 25 feet (including hitch and frame)
and no higher than 12 feet from ground to peak. In summary, these measurements include everything in all directions.
No mobile homes or RV frames.
The trailer must be inspected by our staff to determine acceptance. A contract is signed if the trailer is accepted.
The storage fee is $150/year paid in advance (subject to change). There is a $10/month late fee.
If the trailer is sold then all past storage fees and late fees are due at that time. The contract becomes void. A new contract
and inspection is required to keep the trailer here, otherwise, it must be removed from the property.
