Pre-registration begins January 1.
Mail-in pre-registrations ends May 15. On-line pre-reistrations ends June 15. Check-in for Pennsic 37 opens on Friday July 25^th 2008 at noon. It will remain open 24 hours/day until Friday August 8^th 2008 at 11:59 PM. You may not drive into the campground until after land grab which is held on Saturday July 26^th. For more information on land allocation and land grab visit the land office web site. All attendees and their personal property must be off site by Sunday August 10 at 3:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS

What's new for pre-registration this year

The date for Pennsic is from July 25 to August 10.

The gate fee
The deposit amount is $100

You can now print your confirmation from your account. Select 'go' for completed pre-registrations then select 'confirmation' a new window will open with the confirmation. From the toolbar select file then print.

With one click you can email all accepted confirmations in your account.

Gate Fees for Pennsic 37

These are the amounts due at the gate upon arrival and covers from when you arrive until the end of Pennsic. The amount depends on whether or not you are pre-registered, arrival date (first week or second week) and whether or not you are a member.

How do I get a refund

To get a refund:

If you pre-registered on-line:
Log in to your account
Select 'Go' for Completed Pre-registrations
Select 'Refund' for the person(s) needing the refund

Status will change to 'pending' and no further actions will be available for that person.
After the refund has been issued status will change to 'refund'.

If you used the mail-in form to pre-register:
Please send an email or letter to the registration office requesting a refund.
On the outside of the envelope have 'Attention Refund' clearly visible.

Please allow three weeks for processing of refunds.
If you do not receive your refund after three weeks please contact Fred Brezel at the registration office

Refund Policy

To receive a full refund the request must be received by the registration office prior to June 1st of the applied Pennsic year.
If it is received after June 1st and prior to July 20th a partial refund will be issued
(A handling fee will be deducted from the refund at $10.00 per adult $10.00 per minor $5.00 per infant).
After July 20th of the applied Pennsic year there will be No Refunds.

Pre-registrations that were paid by check/money order will be refunded by check and mailed to the person whose name is on the pre-registration form.
Pre-registrations that were paid through PayPal will be refunded through PayPal *
* Prior to 60 days from the date of purchase.
- If the payment was funded by a bank account, eCheck or Instant Transfer, the refund will be credited to the recipient's PayPal balance
- If the payment was sent using a credit card, refunds are credited to the same credit card account
Note: Due to credit card policy, refunds to credit cards can appear up to 30 days after the refund was completed
* After 60 days from the date of purchase or if the credit card has expired:
* The refund will be by check and mailed to the person whose name is on the pre-registration form.

Pennsic staff or Cooper's Lake staff in the course of organization and operation of this and future Pennsic Wars may use some information on the pre-registration form.
Personal information collected in the form will not be released to third parties except if release is required by law.
