Check-in for Pennsic 41 opens Friday, July 27th 2012 12pm. It will remain open 24 hours/day until Friday, August 10th 2012 11:59 pm. You may not drive into the campground until after land grab which is held on the first Saturday. For more information on land allocation and land grab visit the land office website. All attendees and their personal property must be off site by Sunday, August 12th 2012 3pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The gate fees for Pennsic 41 are the same as Pennsic 40.

Gate Fees

These are the amounts due at the gate upon arrival and covers from when you arrive until the end of Pennsic. The amount depends on whether or not you pre-paid, how many weeks you pre-paid for (if applicable), arrival date (first week or second week) and whether or not you are an SCA member.

If you are an adult member of the SCA at the time of check-in then you get a $25 discount.

The additional $40 paid to register for 2 weeks is NON-REFUNDABLE. You will not be refunded this amount if you decide to only come for 1 week.

How do I get a refund?

Pre-paid registrations are not transferable from one person to another or from one year to the next.

If you pre-paid your registeration online:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select 'Request Refund' next to your registration.
  3. Read the Refund Policy and select 'I Agree - Continue Refund' to complete your refund request.

The status will change to 'Pending Refund' and no further actions will be available for that person. After the refund has been issued then the status will change to 'Refund'.

If you used the mail-in form to pre-pay:

  • Email the registration office at prereg@cooperslake.com requesting a refund OR
  • Write to the registration office at 205 Currie Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057 requesting a refund. On the outside of the envelope have 'Attention Refund' clearly visible.

Please allow three weeks for processing of refunds. If you do not receive your refund after three weeks please contact Fred Brezel at the registration office.

Refund Policy

The additional $40 paid to register for 2 weeks is NON-REFUNDABLE.

To receive a full refund (this amount excludes the additional $40 paid to pre-register for 2 weeks) the request must be received by the registration office prior to June 1st of the applied Pennsic year. If it is received after June 1st and prior to July 1st a partial refund will be issued (A handling fee will be deducted from the refund at $10.00 per adult, $10.00 per minor and $5.00 per infant). After July 1st of the applied Pennsic year there will be no refunds.

Pre-registrations that were paid by check or money order will be refunded by check and mailed to the person whose name is on the pre-registration form.

Pre-registrations paid with PayPal will be refunded through PayPal.*
* Prior to 60 days from the date of purchase:

  • If the payment was funded by a bank account, eCheck or Instant Transfer then the refund will be credited to the recipient's PayPal balance.
  • If the payment was sent using a credit card then refunds are credited to the same credit card account.

NOTE: Due to credit card policy, refunds to credit cards can appear up to 30 days after the refund was completed.

* After 60 days from the date of purchase or if the credit card has expired:

  • The refund will be by check and mailed to the person whose name is on the pre-registration form.

Privacy Policy

Pennsic staff or Cooper's Lake staff in the course of organization and operation of this and future Pennsic Wars may use some information on the registration form.

Personal information collected in the form will not be released to third parties except if release is required by law.
