Pennsic Account Setup
You must create an account or have an account from last year in order to pre-register online. To create an account go to: https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php and click the 'Create Account' button.
- User ID and Password must be 6 - 11 characters in length.
- User ID must be unique. If a duplicate ID already exists then you will be prompted to enter a new one.
- Select a Security Reminder and Answer that you will remember. You will use this to retrieve your User ID and/or Password if they are forgotten.
Always keep your User ID and Password secret and secure. Pre-registration correspondence will require your User ID or PENN number. We will never ask you for your password.

Adding a New Registration
- Do NOT refresh the page while filling in the form.
- The drop-down menu for landgroup contains the landgroups which are registered with the land office. If you don't see your landgroup in the drop-down menu then your landgroup is not registered. Contact your land agent and let them know. You can continue registering just select "Landgroup Not Listed" and edit the landgroup at a later time.
- After the form is completed click 'Register'. The total amount due will be listed on the page as well as your PENN number. Additional money may be owed upon arrival.
- You can edit registrations at any time.
Paying with PayPal
Do NOT refresh the payment page.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.
To pay your registrations:
- Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
- Click 'Add to Cart' next to any unpaid registrations that you would like to pay for that are not in the cart.
- Click 'Continue to PayPal' button. You can use your existing PayPal account if you have one or enter your billing name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. Do not use dashes or spaces when entering your credit card number.
Transactions charge to your credit card immediately. If the charge is successful then the email entered on the PayPal payment screen will receive a credit card payment confirmation email. If you do not receive this email then PLEASE check your email spam filters and folders prior to requesting assistance.
To verify your registration has been accepted(paid for):
- Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
- Paid registrations will show 'Accepted' next to them in the 'Paid Registrations' section.
Paying by check or money order
If you prefer to pay by check or money order:
- Click 'Print Confirmation' next to your registration and mail the printed page along with your payment. Checks must be received by the registration office no later
than May 15. Credit card payments for mail-in registrations will NOT be accepted.

Printing Registrations
To print your registrations:
- Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
- Click 'Print Confirmation' next to your registration.
- Follow your browser's help instructions to learn how to print the page.
Editting Registrations
To edit your registrations:
- Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
- Click 'Edit' for the desired registration.
Forgot Username and/or Password
You will need your Security Reminder Answer to retrieve your username and/or password. If you forgot your username then:
- Go to https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
- Click 'I forgot my username' below the login fields.
- Enter the email address for your account.
- Select the Security Reminder you used when creating your account.
- Enter the Security Reminder Answer you used when creating your account.
- Go to https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
- Click 'I forgot my password' below the login fields.
- Enter your username.
- Select the Security Reminder you used when creating your account.
- Enter the Security Reminder Answer you used when creating your account.
