Mail-in and on-line Reservations begin January 1 - Phone Reservations Accepted beginning Feb. 1 at 9:00 AM
We only take reservations for Holidays, Halloween and Camping Clubs

Holidays require a $60 deposit and 3 nights minimum - Halloween requires a $40 deposit and 2 nights minimum
Full refund on deposits if cancellation is one week prior to the reservation date

Clubs and Festivals are Welcome

The conditions for storing camping trailers are:
· A valid License Plate
· An up-to date inspection sticker
· You must camp at Cooper's Lake at least 8 days in one year
· The camper cannot be longer than 35 foot
· The tongue jack, ball hitch and tires must be in good working order at all times

If the conditions above are not maintained the trailer is subject to removal
Yearly storage must be paid in advance otherwise Monthly rates apply
